Caterassist offer a comprehensive list of Food Safety Training Courses delivered by experienced training tutors. Our Food Safety Training programs are designed & developed based on the requirements of ISO22000:2005, the FSAI published Guides to Food Safety Training & various codes of practices such as IS 340:2007, to ensure your complete satisfactory & legal requirements have been achieved.
The responsibility for training of staff lies with the proprietor of the food business. A food business ranges from a stall in the farmers market, to a restaurant, to a crèche serving food, to a nursing home to a manufacturing food company.
At Caterassist, our tutors familiarise themselves with your food business training needs. All courses are tailor made to suit each client’s exact requirements. A Training Needs Analysis (TNA) is performed in conjunction with the client.
