Food Safety Training

  • Our Food Safety Training is delivered on site and also we operate external courses to the public.
  • We provide a TNA for all Clients.
  • We incorporate Talk & Chalk, PowerPoint Presentations, Videos, DVDs and practical demonstrations in our training programmes.
  • We can deliver training in 17 different Languages and also have use of Language Interpreters.

Supplier Monitoring

  • We monitor Food Safety Suppliers through Questionnaires and Site Visits to their Establishments / Production facilities.

  • We operate a 24 hour ‘on call service’ to our contracted Food Safety Clients.

Microbiological Food Testing

  • We conduct food sampling on behalf of clients regarding Food Poisoning Allegations and also on Anonymous Inspections.
  • A Fully Comprehensive Report on the suspected food item, will be presented in conjunction with the Laboratory findings.
  • We use an accredited ILAB Laboratory for all our Food Analysis.
